Delivery & Dispatch
We do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch orders the same day.
However, if it is a special order it may take up to two weeks but you will be advised of this when your order is received. If you need to have the order by a certain date, please use the contact form and we will do our best to fulfill the request.
When payment is by cheque, orders will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. Please take this into account when ordering.
Cost of delivery is £3.50 per order with free delivery for orders over £35.00.
Delivery, at the moment, is to the British Isles only. However, if you are in another country, then please contact us on the Contact Form giving details of your order.
Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
