1) Privacy
Simples Yorkshire operates a privacy policy. Please review this document to understand its implications for you.
2) Pricing
The pricing of products on the Simples Yorkshire website are recommended current retail prices including VAT for the internet and are subject to change. All prices exclude delivery.
3) Order Placement
All orders placed on this Simples Yorkshire website receive an order acknowledgement confirming receipt of the order and containing details of it. On shipment of the goods a full sales invoice is issued. Title to the goods remains with Simples Yorkshire until the payment transaction has been completed as per the standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
4) Contract Formation
We may occasionally make a mistake by unintentionally publishing incorrect or out of date information on our website (for instance the price or description). In this rare instance we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we dispatch your order, even if you have received your Order Received email, and you will receive a full refund of all charges already paid. The contract is formed upon dispatch of your items Terms
5) Returns and Cooling-off Period
In accordance with your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your wish to return goods within 7 working days* from the day after delivery. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
*Working days are all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods, or contact us within the 7 working day period.
If you do wish to return your items under the Distance Selling Regulations please contact us via penny@simplesyorkshire.co.uk informing us of your wish to return the items to us.
We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product including the initial delivery charge paid. You will, however, be responsible for all costs of returning the items and need to ensure that they adequately insured. We will inform you via email when the items have been received.
Refunds will be in the same payment method used to purchase the items and in line with the Distance Selling Regulations this will be no later than 30 days after receiving your request to return the items.
